I called corporate a while back and let them know of an employee theft I saw (Rebecca)a new employee stealing nail polish and nail art she was lining her waist band with the small packs of nail art and her pockets with small bottles of nail polish. Never heard back and left my info with corporate. Recently I walked to the store, as I live in close walking distance and the employee Rebecca was sitting in her van parked on the side of the store getting high smoking marijuana I went in the store and let the lady at the counter know (I think her name was Melissa)and she told me "we all have to get high to work here" I went on and got what I came for buy that time Rebecca was at the register and informed me that "you snitched on me" I told her that family dollar has a drug free policy and she told me that not this store we all get high and maybe I should too and lighten up. My personal thoughts are that the entire store do a random on the spot drug test for every employee there as I would not let the store manager know and should be included in the drug testing.
